Creative Director - Callum McCulloch-Nowlan

Callum McCulloch-Nowlan is a confident and highly capable Producer, working across both observational and current affairs documentaries. Proudly neurodiverse, with diagnosed OCD, his forensic attention to detail and deep editorial rigour are not just skills, they’re his superpowers. Calm under pressure and grounded in empathy, Callum thrives in complex editorial environments where accuracy, nuance and trust are critical.

He began his career at Hardcash Productions, contributing to hard-hitting investigations into a neo-Nazi terror plot to kill an MP, an undercover film exposing failures in mental health care, and an observational doc inside a women’s refuge. He went on to work as a Researcher on Panorama: Is Labour Antisemitic?, which was nominated for a BAFTA and two British Journalism Awards.

Callum has worked on a wide variety of projects for PSBs and streamers, including Netflix and Apple TV+. His work has spanned a hugely diverse range of subjects and he relishes the challenge of tackling new, complex stories across any topic. He brings warmth, discipline and attention to detail to every production.
